iArise (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the iArise mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

User-Generated Content

• Sermons - The sermon content you create using our AI-powered generation tools is stored securely and associated with your account

Purchase Information

• Subscription Status - We track your subscription status to provide access to premium features. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store.

Identifiers

• User ID - A unique identifier (Firebase UID) associated with your account for authentication and data management purposes

Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

• ❌ Contacts - We do not access your address book
• ❌ Photos or Camera - We do not access your photo library or camera
• ❌ Health & Fitness Data - We do not collect any health-related information
• ❌ Financial Information - Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple
• ❌ Advertising Identifier (IDFA) - We do not collect or use advertising identifiers
• ❌ Device ID - We do not collect unique device identifiers for tracking
• ❌ Browsing History - We do not track your web browsing activity
• ❌ Third-Party Tracking - We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

App Functionality

• To create and manage your account

• To store and sync your generated sermons

Where Your Data is Stored

Your data is stored securely using:

• Firebase Authentication - For secure account management
• Firebase Firestore - For sermon content and user preferences
• Firebase Storage - For audio files and media

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.

Data Retention

• Account Data - Retained until you delete your account
• Sermon Content - Retained until you delete individual sermons or your account
• Usage Analytics - Retained locally on your device; cleared when you opt out
• Crash Reports - Retained for 90 days for debugging purposes

Your Privacy Rights

You have full control over your data:

In-App Controls

• View Privacy Information - Settings → Your Privacy
• Opt Out of Analytics - Settings → Analytics & Privacy → Toggle off Analytics
• Opt Out of Crash Reporting - Settings → Analytics & Privacy → Toggle off Crash Reporting
• Delete Individual Sermons - Tap the menu (⋯) next to any sermon in your history, then select Delete
• Clear Local Data - Settings → Account → Clear All Data
• Delete Your Account - Settings → Account → Delete Account

Account Deletion

When you delete your account:

• All personal information is permanently removed from our servers
• All sermon content associated with your account is deleted
• This action cannot be undone

Data Export

You can view your usage statistics and analytics data within the App at Settings → Analytics & Privacy.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights:

• Right to know what personal information we collect
• Right to delete personal information
• Right to opt-out of sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

• Any advertising networks
• Any attribution or tracking SDKs
• Any data brokers or data selling services

Tracking & Advertising

We Do Not Track You

As defined by Apple:

“Tracking” refers to linking user or device data collected from your app with user or device data collected from other companies' apps, websites, or offline properties for targeted advertising or advertising measurement purposes.

iArise does NOT engage in tracking. We do not:

• Link your data with other apps or websites
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for targeted advertising
• Collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA)

Because we do not track users, the App Tracking Transparency prompt is not required or shown.

Children's Privacy

iArise is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@iarise.io, and we will delete such information.

Legal Basis for Processing (EU Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing your personal information includes:

• Contract Performance - To provide spiritual guidance services
• Legitimate Interests - To improve our services and ensure security
