By downloading, installing, or using the iArise mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iArise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the App and related services.

2. Description of Service

iArise is a spiritual wellness application that provides personalized, AI-generated motivational content, affirmations, and spiritual guidance. The App offers both free content and premium subscription features (“iArise Pro”).

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device’s account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store policies. We do not provide direct refunds for subscription purchases.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by iArise and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

We strive to maintain App availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iArise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iArise from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our service.

You may terminate your account by deleting the App and canceling any active subscriptions.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but these Terms shall remain in effect regarding your prior use.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where iArise is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
